What if I am not happy with your design?
We'll liaise with you and make amendments. But if we can't get it right, we'll refund you, no quibbles.
Can I make changes myself? Like adding new photos or a blog post?
Yes. It's really easy. We use the Wix platform which makes it easy for people without any training to make simple changes once the website is set up and published. We even have a library of how-to videos you can refer to. However, if you can't make the changes you need, or you have a problem, we offer our subscribers full online support.
what if i want to keep my website but cancel my subscription?
After the end of the first year, your subscription renews automatically via a direct debit. If you decide you no longer want our support that's fine. We can transfer ownership of the website to you for a termination fee of £295. You will then take on the web hosting & domain charges but you will have no web support from us.
We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with one months notice. In such an event, we will give you the option to take ownership of the website by transfer for a reduced termination & administration fee of £99. Any subscription already paid by you, in advance, will be refunded on a pro rata basis on receipt of the termination & administration fee.

how long does it take to set up a basic website?
Usually, between 10 to 20 days. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. It depends on the specification, the speed at which we receive your copy and images and logo / instructions. If your website has complex member-only content and pages, forums or an online shop then it will take longer. These more complex websites attract a higher subscription charge of £79.95 per calendar month.
